About Us
GladCPR, LLC is committed to training participants to “saves lives” of victims in cardiac arrest through high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) and its impact on survival. The American Heart Association (AHA) designed these courses to teach both healthcare professionals and individuals how to perform high-quality CPR individually or as part of a team.
Why? “Life is Why”
Did you know that CPR was developed to help increase your chances of survival? Everyone knows how to call 911 in an emergency, but when it comes to cardiac arrest, minutes count!
CPR “saves lives.”
At GladCPR, we understand that “life matters”. Our students will learn techniques for adults, children and infants. The goals for these courses are to save lives, know the importance of high quality CPR and how to apply the concepts of the Chain of Survival. We hope and strive to show our participants that they, too, may be able to help
“Give Life Another Day”.
We offer (4) four American Heart Association (AHA) Courses. The courses require students to work with an AHA BLS instructor to successfully complete BLS skills practice and skills testing. Students will also complete a written exam. Upon successful completion of their class, students will receive a course completion card valid for two years.
Also, our courses are video-based, instructor-led courses that teach critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services (EMS) arrive. Skills covered in these courses will include first aid; choking relief in adults, children, and infants; and what to do for sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) in adults, children, and infants. Students will also participate in simulated clinical scenarios and learning stations. These courses train participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high - quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilation and provide early use of an automatic external defibrillator (AED).
An AED “saves lives”.
Until the world is free of heart disease and stroke, GladCPR will be partnering up with American Heart Association (AHA) to remain committed to exceptional training. We want everyone to experience more of life’s precious moments. So let us all strive in helping to “Give Life Another Day.”
